Learning Management System Administrator

Responsibilities

As an LMS Administrator on the Workato Academy team, you will own the administration, optimisation, and governance of our Docebo LMS — ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience for our customers, partners, and internal teams.

You will work at the intersection of platform operations and learner experience, going beyond basic administration to improve how learners discover, access, and engage with content. You will partner closely with instructional designers, trainers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to maximise platform capabilities and drive meaningful customer education outcomes.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:
