Training Manager

The Training Manager will lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs for campaign teams within TaskUs. The role requires creating engaging, technical training aligned with campaign and business objectives, maintaining training materials, and ensuring continuous improvement of training processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the initiation, development, and implementation of site‑wide training initiatives.
• Design and maintain campaign‑specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates.
• Create and update materials that enhance campaign task mastery and personal development.
• Serve as an in‑house subject‑matter expert and maintain training documents for all trainee levels.
