ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop engaging training materials on BlackLine products, including eLearning modules, videos, instructor‐led training, and exams.Translate complex accounting principles into accessible, understandable concepts within our software.Ensure all final deliverables maintain the highest quality of writing, editing, and formatting to positively impact learning outcomes.Manage multiple training projects from concept to release, maintaining formal project plans, using tracking systems, and consistently meeting deadlines in coordination with Training Leadership.Partner with Technical Trainers, stakeholders, and other SMEs to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and impact.Build strong relationships across the organization to foster a culture of continuous learning and customer success.Collaborate with team members to share instructional design ideas and build new models or templates.Stay current with accounting industry standards, software implementation development...
