Learning Experience Designer

Bluehost in Cebu City is seeking an Instructional Designer to develop and enhance our learning curriculum for customer‑facing teams. You will create instructor‑led training and e‑learning materials, collaborating with partners and SMEs to identify needs and align training with business goals.

Responsibilities include designing modules, managing projects, uploading content to Workday Learning, producing multimedia assets, testing effectiveness, and training others.
