Learning Ecosystem Product Manager (LXP Governance & Intake Lead)

Micron Technology's Learning Ecosystem Product Manager is responsible for protecting and scaling Micron’s enterprise learning ecosystem by ensuring disciplined intake, prioritization, and governance through the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) as the primary interface layer.

Responsibilities

• Define and operate the enterprise LXP intake model as a single, centralized front door for all platform and ecosystem demand.
• Establish and enforce standards for what constitutes a high‑quality request.
• Lead intake triage and qualification to ensure requests align to enterprise ecosystem priorities.
• Maintain visibility into all incoming demand and ensure consistent evaluation across stakeholders.
• Own the enterprise LXP backlog and prioritization process as the control mechanism for ecosystem evolution.
