The role is responsible for protecting and scaling Micron’s enterprise learning ecosystem by ensuring disciplined intake, prioritization, and governance through the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) as the primary interface layer. It operates at the intersection of product management, governance, and enterprise learning systems, shaping how demand is managed, decisions are made, and how the ecosystem evolves in a controlled, value-driven way.
