Learning Ecosystem Product Manager

Learning Ecosystem Product Manager (LXP Governance & Intake Lead) is a role responsible for protecting and scaling Micron’s enterprise learning ecosystem by ensuring disciplined intake, prioritization, and governance through the Learning Experience Platform (LXP). The role operates at the intersection of product management, governance, and enterprise learning systems, shaping how demand is managed and decisions are made. The position focuses on ensuring the learning ecosystem scales through structured, enterprise-aligned decisions.
