Learning & Development Strategist

Metrobank is seeking a Junior Officer in the Human Resources Management Group to act as the primary liaison for learning and development needs. This position involves monitoring the delivery of the learning agenda and partnering with the HRBP to establish a learning agenda that aligns with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the learning function and demonstrate knowledge in Learning Needs Analysis and Data Analytics. This role presents an opportunity to foster professional growth within the organization.
