Learning & Development Strategist

Metrobank is seeking a Junior Officer in the Human Resources Management Group to lead learning and development initiatives. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in the learning function, with strong knowledge of Learning Needs Analysis and Adult Learning Principles.

The candidate will act as a liaison on learning needs, provide guidance on requests, and monitor the learning agenda in collaboration with the Learning Delivery Team.
