Learning & Development Specialist: LMS & Training Designer

The Focus Group is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to enhance employee skills and performance through effective learning programs. This critical role involves designing, implementing, and facilitating training initiatives while owning the Learning Management System (LMS).
