Learning & Development Specialist - Instructional Designer

Your Mission

We are looking for a creative and hands‑on Learning & Development Specialist (Instructional Design & Digital Learning) to join our team in Palma. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining engaging learning solutions for employees, customers, and partners worldwide. The primary focus of this role is instructional design and e-learning development. You will work closely with subject matter experts to transform complex information into effective, learner‑centred digital learning experiences. In addition, you will support the day‑to‑day operation of our LMS and contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning ecosystem.
