Learning & Development Specialist II

Sasol Ltd. is seeking a Learning and Development professional to identify learning needs, design and deliver interventions, and assess learner outcomes across 18.1 and 18.2 programmes. The role requires coordinating with line managers and subject matter experts to develop fit-for-purpose learning plans in line with 70:20:10 principles.

Travel to Sasolburg and Secunda will be required. Applicants should have relevant qualifications and experience in L&D, with a focus on assessment and quality
