Learning & Development Programs Lead

Arab Monetary Fund is seeking an Officer for Learning & Development to enhance employee capabilities through effective training and development initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating training programs, conducting training needs analysis, and maintaining training records.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development. Relevant certifications like CIPD or ATD are advantageous.
