Learning & Development Partner, Organizational Effectiveness

Scopely is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Partner to join our People team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. This role focuses on supporting Learning & Development projects and contributing to Talent Management initiatives.

You will help bring our Learning Machine culture to life, designing engaging learning experiences and managing talent initiatives. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years in Learning & Development or related functions.
