Learning & Development Partner, Org Effectiveness (Hybrid)

Scopely is looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Partner to join their Barcelona office in a hybrid capacity. Your role will focus on supporting Learning & Development initiatives, contributing to Talent Management programs, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

You will design and coordinate engaging development experiences while facilitating key workshops for employees and management to align with business priorities.
