The L&D Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the knowledge, skills, and compliance of employees within the firm. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating tailored learning and development (L&D) programs that address the unique needs of PwC South East Asia Consulting. This individual ensures that all employees are equipped with knowledge and skills to support projects and engagements.
The L&D Manager mainly supports our Financial Crime Unit (FCU). This unit is dedicated to supporting clients with financial crime risks, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and other regulatory breaches. It ensures compliance with global regulations and maintains the organization’s integrity by leveraging advanced technologies, conducting thorough investigations, and developing robust internal controls.
