Become an integral part of Intact's Learning & Development team as a Consultant, focusing on creating impactful educational experiences. This is a contract role that includes travel.
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with a passion for developing others through strong workshop facilitation and program administration. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting or coaching. You will help assess learning needs, integrate feedback, and create effective training solutions that align with business strategies.
Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate both in-person and virtual workshops • Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses • Update and manage the Workday Learning platform • Provide learners with timely access to resources • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders on L&D initiatives
