Role PurposeThis role leads end-to-end coordination of leadership and functional learning programs, provides instructional design support for curricula, assessments, and learning journeys, and delivers learning analytics and insights to measure program impact.The L&D Consultant leverages AI tools and adult learning methodologies to design scalable, innovative, and learner-centered solutions, while partnering closely with HRBPs, SMEs, and business leaders to address evolving learning needs.Program Execution & Project ManagementManage end-to-end coordination of leadership (Managers & Supervisors) and functional learning programs (Leadership Program Portfolios, Engineering and Manufacturing upskilling, and other critical learning initiatives).
