PM Consulting is seeking a passionate Learning & Development Specialist to enhance employee growth and organizational capability. This role involves conducting training needs assessments, developing training materials, and facilitating effective learning solutions.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3–5 years of experience in L&D, with strong facilitation and communication skills. The position is onsite in Pasig City, Philippines.
