Learning & Development Associate

Supporting the People Senior Manager in all Learning & Development initiatives, including the design and execution of the Annual Training Plan, leading and collaborating on Training & Development projects, managing communication and negotiation with external suppliers, and participating in strategic decision‑making alongside Managers and Directors from different departments. The position requires a proactive mindset, the ability to identify new opportunities, and the initiative to drive innovative learning projects across the organization.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Design, implement, and execute L&D strategies and programs across OW, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Support in the assessment and follow up of individual and team development plans, helping employees maximize learning opportunities.
