Learning & Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Coordinate end-to-end training programs and learning initiatives

✔ Manage training schedules, participants, and program logistics

✔ Support content development and learning materials preparation

✔ Coordinate with trainers, clients, and internal teams

✔ Track training effectiveness and feedback reports

✔ Maintain training records, MIS, and documentation

✔ Support learning projects and capability-building programs
