- Secure training records.
- Supports training logistics, prioritizing the employee learning experience.
- Supports training programs in administrative and operational aspects.
- Manages operational data and training indicators.
- Monitors the training service provision process.
- Keeps training records organized and accessible for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Communicate training events to staff in a timely manner.
- Manages the training catalog in the human resources management system.
- Provides internship training (trainee copilot).
- Ensures delivery of DC3 to employees.
- Supports Global Learning Management.
