Overview

We are looking for an Analyst to join our Learning Delivery team. In this role, you will help support the delivery and management of learning programs across the Data and Technology Academy. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about enhancing learning experiences. You will work closely with Program Managers and Learning Designers to ensure effective execution of learning experiences, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve program outcomes.

Role

• Assist in coordinating the delivery of learning programs, including managing vendor, room, and AV equipment scheduling, program logistics, and communications with participants.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure smooth and consistent execution of learning programs.
