Responsibilities
- Engage and collaborate with the different functions to discuss training initiatives to align objectives, address needs, and ensure effective program outcomes
- Perform the full business partnering and consultation cycle – needs assessment, analysis, provide learning solutions, monitor and evaluate results and impact
- Provide high‑quality, comprehensive and professional L&D advice and support service to assist in developing workforce capability
- Handle small‑scale projects and programmes and function‑wide initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives
- Support organisation‑wide scale programmes in the organisation
- Perform vendor management for courses necessary in the development of the programme and be creative to maximise the use of the L&D budget
