Main Purpose of Job

We are looking for a Learning Business Partner - Digital & Transferable Skills , reporting to the Regional Learning & Development Manager based out of the NBS Center in Manila. Responsible for the roll-out of all learning solutions related to Digital, AI, and Transferable Skills Development in the zone. Responsible for the delivery of Digital, AI, Transferable Skills, and functional capability-building solutions portfolio addressed to the zone (such as, but not limited to, digital capability building, AI for everyday use, transferable skills, and functional digital skills where applicable) for the purpose of development.

Also responsible for the management and implementation of the Vision and Strategy across the zone — serving as a business performance accelerator and an enabler of the leadership transformation of our company through Digital and AI solutions.
