We are looking for a staff to join our Learning & Development team (L&D) within our Core Business Services. During trainings season, L&D seeks personable and highly motivated individual to support the L&D manager on day-to-day administrative tasks and activities. This opportunity will allow you to kickstart your career in L&D and build experience with logistics preparations and increase communication and data management skills.
L&D staff are expected to support day-to-day activities such as:
- Setting up training venue (online or face to face)
- Sending invites
- Assisting facilitators and participants
- Encoding attendance
- Other administrative tasks
You are also expected to:
- Develop experience working on a wide variety of L&D projects
- Gain exposure to a fast‑paced, collaborative office environment
