This role is responsible for designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs that align with the developmental needs of the employees as determined by the strategical and operational needs of the organization.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in any related field (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or equivalent)
- At least two years of progressive working experience in the same role or capacity
- Must have a proven track record for online and face-to-face training facilitation with proper utilization of adult learning theories
- Must have a proven track record for developing learning modules and designing learning experiences
- Familiarity with any LMS platforms is an advantage (e.g. Workday, LinkedIn Learning)
- Willing to work in Makati
