Learning And Development Specialist

The Technology Innovation Institute (TII) is seeking a proactive and experienced Learning & Development Specialist to support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning initiatives that enhance employee capability and drive organizational performance.

As part of the HR team, you will work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to identify learning needs, coordinate training programs, and contribute to the continuous development of employees across the organization.
