TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Learning and Development Manager/Project Manager.

Job Description

This is a 5 month contract located in Toronto/Ontario, Hybrid ( 4 days in office)

Summary Of Day To Day Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of overall portfolio/program movement with individual lines of business and rationalize how the assigned projects fit with business priorities in the long term

• Drive L&D processes to implement learning solutions in various formats including but not limited to in-person or virtual Instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning, webinars, self-directed learner pathways, and workshops

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of medium-to-high complexity L&D projects, leveraging key project management tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
