About the Role
As the Operations Enablement Manager – Instructional Design & Knowledge Management, you will lead a cross-functional enablement function responsible for learning design, knowledge governance, content lifecycle management, and performance improvement.
You will manage direct reports while partnering with operational leaders, SMEs, and stakeholders to deliver scalable learning programs and accurate, accessible knowledge resources.
