Learning Academy Supervisor

As a Leadership Academy Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of leadership development programs across the organization. You will coordinate learning activities, monitor program effectiveness, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences that strengthen leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilitie

• Coordinate and execute Leadership Academy programs based on the annual learning calendar and curriculum
• Manage end-to-end training operations, including participant registration, facilitator coordination, venue preparation, learning materials, and digital learning platforms
• Ensure all training sessions run effectively and in accordance with established learning standards
