**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Support to answer technical inquiries from airlines, customer and CFM shops- Support activities related to field investigations of root cause analysis and field investigations- Support to create changes of engine manuals and write Service Bulletins- Support to create LEAP LRU reliability scorecard- General support to the LEAP Product Support Engineering team**Required Qualifications**:- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial or Aeronautics, with at least 1 year to graduate- Fluent in English- Good academic performance- Demonstrated skills to work towards objective and working with multiple teams- Self-confidence- Analytical ability- Ability to adapt to multiple teams- Strong oral communications skills- Proactiveness- High energy and passion to learn and grow**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
