Lean Process Engineer - Kaizen & Data-Driven Improvements

Link-Worldwide is seeking a professional Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineer for a position located in Mexicali, Baja California. The candidate will document and improve production processes using lean tools, prepare managerial reports, and lead Kaizen events.

With at least 2 years of experience in lean manufacturing, the ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of process improvement and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
