Key Responsibilities:
• Review processes and implement necessary changes
• Support development of ergonomics and tooling
• Work with production teams to identify improvement opportunities
• Optimize processes for safety, quality, and yield
• Lead Lean initiatives to mitigate waste and enhance flow
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience
