Lean Manufacturing Supervisor — Automotive Ops Leader

Autoliv is seeking a dynamic leader in Aguascalientes, Mexico, to enhance our operational performance while ensuring safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will have 4–6+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience, preferably in the automotive sector, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Your responsibilities will include leading continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean methodologies to foster an efficient production environment. Additionally, you will coach Shift Leaders to build a high-performing team.
