The candidate leads the deployment and sustainability of the EOS (Excellent Operations System) across multiple manufacturing sites, leveraging deep, hands‑on expertise in the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Progressive/Planned Maintenance (PM) pillars of TPM. The successful candidate will act as a change agent, capability builder, and pillar coach—driving zero‑loss culture and delivering measurable business results.
