Responsibilities
Independently lead high-impact projects to deliver prioritized business outcomes, including Kaizen events and value stream mapping, across production areas.
Perform time studies and work measurement to optimize workstation design, improve material and process flow, and layout optimization.
Train production support teams on Lean tools and problem-solving methodologies.
Mentor supervisors and engineers in structured problem-solving approaches.
Required Qualifications
