Responsibilities

• Independently lead high-impact projects to deliver prioritized business outcomes, including Kaizen events and value stream mapping, across production areas.
• Perform time studies and work measurement to optimize workstation design, improve material and process flow, and layout optimization.
• Train production support teams on Lean tools and problem-solving methodologies.
• Mentor supervisors and engineers in structured problem-solving approaches.
