What you'll doLead and/or facilitate Eaton Continuous Improvement System (ECIS) projects, Eaton Business System (EBS) strategy deployment, Operations Assessment (OpA), and deploy ECIS through tactical activities and facilitation of kaizen events.Support development of site ECIS knowledge, coach & grow talent on Continuous Improvement (CI) competencies.Support site OpA/ECIS assessment and calibrate for Opportunities for Advancement (OFA).
