Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Lean Manufacturing Coordinator.

- Lead and/or facilitate Eaton Continuous Improvement System (ECIS) projects, Eaton Business System (EBS) strategy deployment, Operations Assessment (OpA), and deploy ECIS through tactical activities and facilitation of kaizen events.
- Support development of site ECIS knowledge, coach & grow talent on Continuous Improvement (CI competencies).
- Support the site OpA/ ECIS assessment and calibrate for Opportunities for Advancement (OFA).
- Prepare and conduct ECIS related training and development on-site ELSS knowledge.
- Plan, develop and execute an annual cost savings strategy to hit the financial target defined in accordance with the divisional goals.
