**WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION**:
- Proven experience in optimally deploying Lean and Six Sigma Lean Six Sigma Principles, System, Tools, Training and Methodologies.
- Excellent Leadership and Interpersonal Skills.
- Responsible for the processes improvements in the Operations chain, including safety, quality, production and material handling.
- Leads the Lean activities in operations to achieve results based on strategy deployment.
- Creates strategic lean transformation plan and drives preparation and execution of improvement efforts throughout the facility.
