With a strong international presence and a focus on LEAN and Continuous Improvement, the Model of Excellence Deployment Leader will support the company-wide transformation agenda. The focus is on embedding lean principles, improving efficiency, driving cost reduction, and ensuring consistent ways of working across the business. The MoE Deployment Leader will be hands‑on and execution‑focused, bringing deep expertise in operational excellence, lean manufacturing and business transformation. The role also involves supporting integration and operational alignment across newly acquired businesses within North America.
