Responsibilities

• The intern will support DAGS2 Continuous Improvement initiatives through the application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Lead a DMAIC improvement project focused on increasing operational performance, reducing waste, and improving key manufacturing KPIs.
• Learn and utilize Donaldson operating systems (Oracle, Vorne, and reporting tools).
• Understand DAGS2 manufacturing processes and Value Stream Maps (VSM).
• Collect, validate, and analyze production data.
