Lean Engineering Lead - Continuous Improvement & PM

Vestas is seeking an experienced engineer to lead manufacturing improvement initiatives in Matamoros. You will supervise engineering activities, coordinate resources, and implement policies to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.

Key focus areas include lean manufacturing, 5S, standard work, and continuous flow. You will develop training, manage projects, and promote ISO 9001/14001/45001 compliance while maintaining a safe operation.
