Lean Engineer - Production Systems & CI Lead

Bosch Malaysia seeks a seasoned production engineer to drive continuous improvement within the Bosch Production System. You will work in the Penang Value Stream to optimize line layouts, throughput, and machine utilization while applying Lean guidelines.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to guide teams on the shop floor.
