Responsible for executing activities related to Continuous Improvement, achieving the involvement of all areas of the plant and promoting elements that ensure the success and positive impact of this methodology.

• Development, implementation and monitoring of the improvement systems required in the plant (5's System, Improvement Ideas System, Gemba System, Problem Solving System, Daily Management System).
• Ensure that the continuous improvement systems in place are kept functioning.
• Identification and elimination of waste in operations and functional areas.
• Provide training, guidance, and lead, if necessary, root troubleshooting tools (8D, DMAIC, A3).
• Process Mapping (VSM Current & Future).
