Oversee the FanMod operations at Modine as a Leadhand during the afternoon shift, driving production quality and team success. Your leadership will help maintain essential safety and quality standards.

As the FanMod Leadhand, you will manage daily activities from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, ensuring your team meets production targets. You will lead by example, providing guidance and support while assigning tasks according to personal strengths and production priorities. Your responsibility will extend to enforce safety regulations and monitor output quality throughout each shift.
