Leadership Programs Manager, Global & Regional Academies

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Manager for Leadership, responsible for overseeing Leadership Academies and driving program development. The candidate will collaborate with internal and external teams to create impactful learning experiences aligned with EO Leadership Principles.

Must have over 5 years of experience in program development, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. The role requires flexibility with global travel and working hours.

EO offers a competitive compensation package between 600,000 to 800,000 MXN.
