Operations Leadership Development Professional (LDP) – Grande Prairie, AB Lumber Division

Position Summary

This full‑time, permanent salaried position reports to the Mill Manager. The LDP will grow leadership skills, technical knowledge, and business understanding through a 12‑month development plan that includes hands‑on learning, operational rotations, and process improvement projects. As a floating team leader, the LDP will provide coverage and support in both the Sawmill and Planer Mill during supervisor absences and conduct job shadowing and frontline leadership tasks.

Key Functions
