Reporting to the Director, Physician Quality, Specialist Services (SSC) and Shared Care Committee (SCC), the Leader, Specialist Services Committee/Shared Care will support engagement between physicians and Northern Health through the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of initiatives or strategies that are financed by the SSC/SCC. SSC/SCC strategies may include but are not limited to, supporting physicians’ prototypes and projects that enhance coordination of care for patients with complex and longitudinal care needs and/or supporting specialists as leaders in quality improvement and innovation.
